A surface grinder is the tool that is used for creating a smooth and shining surface on a finished product. This smooth texture and shining surface determines the quality of a product. The surface grinder files out the upper layer of metal, which is rusted or damaged. After the top layer of metal is removed, the shiny layer is obtained, which gives a mirror finish to the product.
